Establishing meaningful relationships with key decision makers in large or influential districts
Managing these relationships into successful partnerships that drive user growth in ClassDojo

Required
You have experience working directly at a cabinet level in a large district or have worked closely with cabinet members in large districts.
You have a proven track record of achieving ambitious goals in a cross-functional team
You’re a strategic thinker that can see the big picture and communicate a compelling vision
You’re able to roll up your sleeves and get things done to execute on the vision
You can build trust and relationships with C-level members of the district
You’re extremely results-oriented; you can define and measure outcomes quantitatively
You thrive in cross-functional teams, especially working together with product and marketing to cater to the unique needs of Districts excites you.

You have deep product knowledge about ed-tech solutions that districts love
You have experience in relationship management, customer development, or enterprise sales
