Responsibilities
Cover the details of the DMIT program and evaluation process.
Understand O’Reilly Corporate Culture.
Learn about District Managers’ job description and responsibilities, including recruiting, interviewing, and turnover control.
Execute DM Monthly Game Plan, Semi-Annual Store Performance Review processes, and payroll expense control/customer service.
Participate in year-end evaluations, goal setting, mid-year reviews, and maintaining store appearance.
Focus on customer service programs, people skills, training, and development goals.
Gain knowledge in delivery, returns, receiving, and shipping departments, and establish customer satisfaction.
Attend regional meetings, review manuals, and work closely with district managers, loss prevention auditors, and sales managers.
Enhance skills in sales, pricing, accountability, and orientation at corporate offices.
