Responsibilities
Managing a team of Equipment Sales Specialists (ES) to achieve sales results, market share, and customer delight goals for the sales of core equipment and technology to dental customers.
Working closely with the Regional Manager Customer Advocates (RMCAs) and Vice Presidents of Sales (VPoS) to manage/grow/execute the equipment pipeline.
Assisting in the development of new technology and equipment offerings for customers.
Successfully promoting and supporting CAD/CAM offerings.
Driving equipment training programs for ES’s and Territory Representatives (TR’s).
Monitoring equipment sales productivity, customer activity and identifying areas for improvement.
Interfacing with Marketing to successfully promote equipment with a focus on quarterly promotions.

Required
Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the South District (NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, TN, AR, LA, MS, TX, OK).
Ability to manage, coach, develop, train, and motivate leaders and associates
Exceptional communication skills; people and change management skills
Solid computer skills
Project management to lead strategic work cross-functionally
Analytical skills with ability to foresee future growth and anticipate future challenges
Strong sales and management background required
Need to be able to effectively communicate in English
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field or equivalent education/experience
Two years sales/management experience
Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record
Ability to travel in assigned region as well as frequent overnight travel
Ideally will reside or be willing to relocate to the South District (NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, TN, AR, LA, MS, TX, OK).
