Required
Sales Strategy Development, Relationship Building, and Sales Target Achievement skills
Experience in managing sales activities and dealer networks
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of the powersports industry and off-road vehicles
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or prior experience in this role
Must be able to travel away from home
