Responsibilities
Supervise and support Sales Representatives, including staffing, training, coaching, goal setting, performance management, and problem resolution.
Develop and manage the district's annual sales and expense budget, and create strategies to exceed sales and margin goals.
Train Sales Representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
Build strong customer relationships by addressing needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
Analyze competition and market trends; attend industry events and shows.
Maintain effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate responses.
Manage major account prospects, process customer rebates, and track sales performance.
Foster a positive, motivating work environment to maximize employee potential.
Monitor and review district account profiles, including sales, margin, and growth opportunities.
Ensure Sales Representatives meet receivables goals and stay within company guidelines.
Support Sales Representatives in achieving full commission status within an agreed timeframe.
Collaborate with the Director of Street Sales to plan and conduct sales meetings, seminars, and workshops.
Conduct performance reviews, provide guidance for professional growth, and collaborate with the Director of Street Sales and HR to recruit, interview, and hire Sales Representatives.
Review daily call schedules and sales plans with Sales Representatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
At least 5 years of foodservice sales management experience required.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Demonstrated planning, leadership, and organizational skills are also required.
Preferred
Bachelors: Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
