Responsibilities
Recruit Client Executives and Territory Managers in your territory/division
Train, develop, motivate and manage your direct reports.
Identify opportunities and prospective clients to increase revenue stream and build a book of business.
Maintain existing & prospective client records within CRM.
Continuously build and develop knowledge of company products and changes within the payment industry.
Assist direct reports with the sales cycle, closing deals, and installing equipment as requested.
Culture Champion for your team utilizing social media to recruit new team members and celebrate wins of your team.
Recommend both merchant services and technology to meet your client's needs

Required
3+ years of current outside sales leadership experience in the Credit Card Processing Industry/Merchant Services Industry
Minimum 5 years of RECENT business-to-business (B2B) cold calling, networking, and closing experience is a MUST
Minimum 3 years of RECENT Merchant Processing industry experience is a MUST
Minimum 3 years of experience managing direct reports
Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting and interviewing team members
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills.
Strong work ethic with a drive to succeed
Entrepreneurial mindset
Proven outside sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
