Responsibilities
Opening, sorting, and preparing physical documents for scanning;
Scanning, processing, and filing documents;
Ensuring all processed documents adhere to specific standards;
Maintaining organization of digital file storage;
Assisting other internal offices with document-related requests;
Handling confidential information with tact and professionalism;
Maintaining logs, reports, and assisting with audits;
Participating in varied training sessions; and
Working under leadership of the Document Center Manager and Team Leaders and in constant collaboration with fellow Document Center Specialists.

Required
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to perform work with substantial attention to detail
Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated
Experience with prioritizing tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Flexible and able to adapt to frequent process changes
Demonstrated organizational skills
Demonstrated work ethic and professionalism
Ability to handle confidential information with the highest levels of discretion
Ability to shift between individual and collaborative work frequently
Preferred
Previous document imaging/indexing experience
Data entry experience
Experience with Ellucian Banner and/or Salesforce
Bilingual
