Responsibilities
Review and analyze legal documents for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and key issues.
Categorize and code documents accurately in accordance with project guidelines.
Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of review assignments.
Identify and flag potentially significant documents for further attorney review.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold legal ethical standards in handling sensitive information.

Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license and good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
Previous experience in document review, e-discovery, or litigation support preferred.
Proficiency with e-discovery platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, or similar tools.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume workloads.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
Familiarity with privilege logs and redaction protocols.
Experience with specific litigation areas (e.g., antitrust, intellectual property, or corporate).
Knowledge of TAR (Technology-Assisted Review) workflows and methodologies.
