Responsibilities
Analyze, review, and interpret legal documents, emails, contracts, and other records for relevance, privilege, and other case-related issues.
Apply legal knowledge to identify critical issues in documents relevant to litigation, regulatory investigations, or corporate transactions.
Assist with compliance matters, due diligence, and risk assessment by reviewing materials.
Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support teams to provide updates and insights from document review.
Conduct legal research as required, particularly focusing on laws and regulations that may be relevant to cases.

Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership (U.S. or another relevant jurisdiction).
Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
At least one year of prior document review experience (preferably for litigation or corporate matters).
Proficient in using e-discovery platforms (such as Relativity, Concordance, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling large volumes of documents efficiently and accurately.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Strong understanding of legal concepts, including privilege, relevance, and confidentiality.
