Responsibilities

Ensure all agencies in the Dormant Account Review-Quarterly (DAR-Q) tool are able to perform quality and efficient review every quarter.

Work directly with customers to gather requirements to provide to the development team to implement tool enhancements.

Provide input to leadership to ensure the DAR-Q tool is in compliance with financial regulations.

Provide analysis and insight to improve data quality of DAR-Q data inputs.

Provide analysis and insight to enhance customers' ability to use the DAR-Q tool more effectively.

Assist with onboarding and training new users.
