Required
8-10 years of experience as a Donor Development Officer
Strong background in fundraising
Experience in grant writing
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage donor relationships
Experience in planning campaigns
Ability to oversee budgets
Keen eye for detail
Proficiency in database management
Proven ability to meet and exceed fundraising targets
Experience working with non-profit organizations or similar environments
Willingness to travel for donor meetings and events as needed
