Responsibilities
Design and architect end-to-end solutions using .NET technologies and Oracle databases, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Lead the development of complex applications and provide guidance on best practices, design patterns, and development methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, QA, and DevOps, to ensure seamless system integration and delivery.
Oversee database design and architecture using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and other Oracle tools to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.
Ensure that applications are designed for high availability, security, and performance in cloud or on-premise environments.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to design principles and standards.
Identify and resolve system performance bottlenecks, database query optimization issues, and other technical challenges.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply them to improve the architecture and development processes.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct system analysis, define architecture, and support technical roadmaps for long-term development initiatives.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in software development with at least 5 years of experience as a .NET Architect or in a similar architectural role.
Strong expertise in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Web APIs, and Microservices.
Extensive experience with Oracle databases, including SQL, PL/SQL, database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns (e.g., SOLID).
Strong knowledge of security best practices in web applications and data storage.
Required Security clearance.
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, etc.) is a plus.
Experience with middleware technologies, message brokers, or integration frameworks (e.g., WCF, RESTful services, Oracle Integration Cloud) is advantageous.
Federal Experience is a plus.
