Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using .NET 6
Enforce a high standard of code quality and maintainability, keeping in mind scalability
Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience
Participate in code reviews to maintain a high standard of code quality and encourage a culture of collaboration
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
Provide recommendations and execute improvements to varying processes and technologies
Continuously learn and stay up to date with advancements in backend development technologies and best practices

Required
3-5+ years of experience in backend development
Proficient in .NET 6 and familiar with the .NET ecosystem
Solid understanding of Entity Framework Core and ORM concepts
Knowledge of SQL and database design principles
Experience with version control systems, such as Git
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms, Azure preferred
Experience with implementing and managing message queues
Understanding of microservices architecture
Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
Prior experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development
Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven development
