Responsibilities

• The contractor shall architect, design, develop and test web-based software solutions.

• The contractor shall understand database design principles and SQL.

• Perform QA testing of web-based software solutions and participate in execution of test scenarios to ensure application changes meet the stated requirements as well as ensure no unintended changes were introduced to the finished product.

Required

BA/BS is preferred and a minimum of 5 years technical experience.

Experience with .Net Framework 4.8+ required.

Demonstrated experience developing rich front-end client web pages using Angular with Angular Material UI.

Proficient with Visual Studio/VS Code suite of tools and Azure DevOps Server.

Strong understanding of database design principles and SQL.

Must be able to achieve a NACLC clearance.

Experience architecting, designing, coding, testing, and troubleshooting Windows and web-based software solutions in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript/jQuery/Angular, Ajax, and Entity Framework.

Understand large, complex IT projects and organizations.

Ability to work with clients to understand their needs.

Ability to maintain a positive relationship with customers and other vendors.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
