Responsibilities

Coordinate with project engineers on detailed enclosed storm drainage analysis and design for urban and rural transportation projects.

Conduct drainage analysis and design per the project's requirements and various transportation public agencies.

Provide hydraulic analysis for cross-drainage structures and incorporate the results in the design of roadways and bridges.

Design stormwater management systems, storm drain systems, open channel conveyance, culvert analysis, bridge hydraulics, and floodplain compensation.

Required

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

Minimum four years of transportation engineering experience

Professional Engineer (PE) license

Proficiency in Microstation, AutoCad, and Civil3D software
