Responsibilities
Develop offsite and onsite drainage plans.
Conduct comprehensive drainage and storm water data reports.
Develop scopes of work, project budgets, and schedules following successful project acquisitions.
Guide projects through the NEPA process and make presentations to the public and clients about the projects.

Required
5+ years of experience in MicroStation InRoads
Experience in HEC-RAS river modeling software
Knowledge of WSPG programming and/or StormCAD
5+ years experience in hydraulic calculations
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
5+ years of Cal Trans experience
Preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Effective communication skills for making public presentations
