Responsibilities
Customize and optimize the Duck Creek Policy module to conform with blueprints to align with business needs.
Collaborate with the underwriting team to understand product requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Drive hands-on development, be responsive to the results of User Acceptance testing, and troubleshooting of Duck Creek applications.
Provide technical expertise on best practices and solutions for the Duck Creek implementation.

Required
Minimum 2 years of experience working with Duck Creek Policy Admin systems.
Familiarity with customizing and enhancing Policy modules (Claims experience is a plus).
Strong technical documentation and troubleshooting skills.
Collaborative mindset with experience liaising between technical and business teams.
Preferred
Knowledge of SQL and/or XML is a plus.
