Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance our existing Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Service platform, ensuring its stability and performance

Analyze and troubleshoot issues, identifying and resolving problems efficiently

Develop and implement new features and functionalities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

Design and build custom PowerApps to automate business processes and workflows

Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with other systems and applications using various tools and techniques

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions

Participate in the ongoing development and improvement of our platform architecture

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies
