Responsibilities
Project analysis, requirement gathering and design - conducting client workshop's and developing functional design documentation
Strong expertise around the sales order process and areas surrounding
Hands on within the functional configuration and user acceptance testing of newly designed features and development
Supporting customers in training key users and overseeing go-live to ensure a smooth transition onto their new D365 CE platform

Required
Experienced in the functional implementation of Dynamics CRM/ D365 CE end to end (from either end customer or partner perspective)
Strong understanding in one of more core modules, including sales, marketing, customer service, field service
Full project lifecycle expertise
Methodical and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively within a team or independently
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a confident approach to customer interaction and stakeholder management
