Responsibilities

Act as the primary D365 subject matter expert on client engagements.

Lead the design of technical architecture solutions; and create all architectural design documents and associated deliverables.

Serve as a team leader, build a strong relationship with the client, and share responsibility for receiving a high customer satisfaction score upon completion of key milestones.

Lead stakeholder education, discovery, planning, and design sessions.

Serve as an expert on licensing; and create financial plans and ROI models that explain the cost implications of implementing the D365 platform.

Design integration solutions for backend services and back office/ERP applications.

Identify creative solutions to meet system/business requirements with and without the development of custom code. When necessary, lead the definition of specifications for customizations.

Drive D365 CRM implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy.

Play an active role in managing the execution of projects, including participating in Agile backlog grooming and sprint planning activities.

Perform code reviews and ensure that best practices are being followed.

Create and lead Dynamics platform demonstrations that align with customer needs and use cases (during the pre-sales phase and during active projects).

Play an active role in new business pursuits, which typically involves defining and prioritizing customer needs, creating technical and data solutions, designing a staffing solution and level of effort projection, and shaping a statement of work and detailed cost estimate.

Serve as a mentor to team members, help the team resolve problems as they arise, and inspire your colleagues by sharing emerging new technology insights and best practices.
