Responsibilities
Drive the adoption of Dynatrace across the organization by demonstrating its value and capabilities.
Develop and execute a transition plan to move from legacy monitoring tools to Dynatrace.
Ensure a seamless transition by coordinating with stakeholders, providing training, and addressing any concerns.
Monitor the effectiveness of Dynatrace post-transition and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
Execute configuration migration from Managed to SaaS environments using Dynatrace Terraform Provider and Dynatrace Configuration Manager.
Ensure all configurations are accurately transferred and operational in the SaaS environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration, deployment, and adoption processes.
Document all processes, configurations, and changes made during the migration, installation, and transition phases.
Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders as needed.

Required
Proven experience with Dynatrace, including configuration and management.
Hands-on experience with Dynatrace Terraform Provider and Dynatrace Configuration Manager.
Strong understanding of SaaS and Managed environments.
Proficiency in installing, upgrading, and configuring Dynatrace OneAgent.
Experience in driving adoption of new tools and technologies within an organization.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to document processes and provide training to team members.
Preferred
Relevant certifications in Dynatrace or related technologies.
Experience in a similar role within a technology solutions provider.
Familiarity with other monitoring and configuration management tools.
