Responsibilities

Drive Dynatrace Adoption: Demonstrate its capabilities and lead the transition from legacy monitoring tools.

SaaS Migration Expertise: Seamlessly migrate configurations to SaaS environments using Dynatrace Terraform Provider and Configuration Manager.

System Optimization: Install, upgrade, and configure Dynatrace OneAgent to ensure accurate SaaS reporting.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions, provide training, and address any challenges.

Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve issues during migrations and deployments, ensuring performance optimization post-transition.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of processes, configurations, and changes while providing training to team members.
