Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day management of an annual marketing campaign for E-Commerce and digital engagement platforms
Manage an internal marketing team and subcontractors overseeing work quality and ensuring it meets client expectations
Interface with the client and their respective marketing teams to present our work, receive feedback and approval on marketing assets, answer ad hoc requests, and report on campaign effectiveness
Execute key elements of the annual marketing plan, including owned and earned media components, such as email marketing, partnership marketing, and content development
Coordinate with senior management on annual marketing plan development and interim planning activities as needed
Other duties as assigned

Required
8+ years' experience in marketing with a focus on digital execution and delivery
7+ years in client/account management with experience managing distributed teams
Demonstrated ability to generate and deploy digital marketing campaigns through email, social media, and SEM and assess their effectiveness
Fluency in GA4 and Looker Studios reporting
Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment
Preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Active Campaign, Constant Contact, Microsoft Dynamics, Wrike, Asana, a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing
Experience in E-Commerce or an advertising agency, a plus
