Responsibilities

Assists with product launches and assessing opportunities for the brand and onboarding new functionalities, apps, and programs under the supervision of the E-Commerce Strategist.

Manage product uploads, including approved product descriptions, bullet points, product features, images, site tagging, and URLs.

Assist with quality assurance and E-Commerce reporting, including daily sales, monthly item-selling reports, and more.

Monitor the design and functionality of the website, including building category pages and changes to the navigation.

Collect and provide weekly feedback on website data, functionality, and user experience.

Draft monthly listening reports and analyze data; apply findings from this data to future initiatives.

Stay informed about the market, competitors, E-Commerce trends, platform features, and best practices.

Organize monthly calendars and assets.

Ensure campaign messaging is consistent across platforms and submit requests for content.

Proactively anticipate upcoming content needs, gaps, and requests that will need to be made by the creative team.

Work closely with team members across the marketing, creative, IT, customer service departments and other teams to help streamline operations and find efficient processes.

Collaborate with external vendors to align marketing initiatives and ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

Complete additional, reasonable, and related tasks as required.
