Responsibilities
Design User-Centered Interfaces: Create and refine user experiences for Marvel AI and Sky AI using Figma, focusing on accessibility, ease of use, and educational impact.
Collaborate on Product Development: Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and AI engineers, to ensure designs align with both technical requirements and user needs.
Conduct User Research and Testing: Engage in user research to understand the needs of educators and learners; iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
Documentation and Design Systems: Contribute to building a design system and document design choices to support consistency across projects.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or related fields.
Proficiency in Figma for creating, prototyping, and sharing design work.
Beginner to intermediate understanding of user-centered design practices, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities; excellent communication and teamwork skills.
