Responsibilities

Help execute early career recruiting strategy, as well as various customer-service aspects of the recruiting process by supporting recruiters, coordinating and managing candidate interviews, and helping candidates and recruiting personnel with other aspects of the recruiting process (event planning, campus activities, job fairs and internship program activities).
Identify creative approaches to Early Career Recruiting support activities
Utilize the Early Career Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in order to track and report on candidates
Liaise and manage communications with the Early Career Services office to facilitate campus recruiting activities
Organize and execute the final candidate hiring process and communications, as directed and plan and manage office visits, including troubleshooting, and on-site logistical issues (e.g., last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, finding interview rooms), determining the interviewer lists for campus group office visits

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with applicant tracking or recruiting databases, with a preference for those familiar with Yello and/or SuccessFactors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A strong focus on exceptional customer service.
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Capable of working efficiently in a team environment across multiple locations, with a commitment to promoting teamwork.
