eCommerce Associate - Amazon

Responsibilities
Lead Amazon Account Management :
• This includes agency management and supporting the development of the overall business strategy to drive revenue, awareness, and customer retention across Amazon
• Lead brand registry and brand store strategy, in partnership with external agency
• Partner with external agency, as needed, on securing chargebacks, negotiating co-op allowances, and maximizing favorable terms to continue to scale on Amazon
Forecasting & Sales Strategy Development :
• Manage sku-specific revenue and velocity forecasts and adjust forecast as needed. Identify and implement solutions to drive growth and scale SkinnyDipped on Amazon
• Develop sales and trade spend forecasts. Proactively manage forecast with agency partner and communicate changes to leadership team
Portfolio Management:
• Identify and implement opportunities to expand the SkinnyDipped portfolio on Amazon to grow sales
• Lead overall variation strategy and recommend a long-term assortment strategy that maximizes profitability and sales
Product Listing Management :
• Oversee the creation, optimization, and maintenance of product listings to improve search visibility and conversion rates
• Make recommendations for A+ content, in partnership with the external agency and SkinnyDipped marketing lead
3rd Party & Suppression Troubleshooting :
• Monitor & troubleshoot suppression issues
• Review 3rd party seller listings and address inaccurate information
Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Partner with operations lead to monitor inventory levels, FBA shipments, customer messages, and performance updates. Provide inputs during demand planning.
• Guide finance team, as needed, on invoice/deduction reconciliation and annual trade budget management
• Partner with shopper marketing manager, as needed, to plan, execute, and optimize amazon advertising campaigns and PDP content to meet sales goals
Reporting:
• Lead weekly and monthly reporting
• Communicate wins and opportunities to leadership and provide action plan. This includes analyzing sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform decisions to grow the business

Required
Familiar with both seller & vendor central on Amazon
Self-starter, capable of identifying and pursuing new opportunities
At least 3 years of eCommerce experience; Amazon (Vendor and Seller Central) required
Demonstrated track record of increasing e-commerce revenues via Amazon
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally both internally and externally
Experience in CPG category
