Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver design projects that meet campaign objectives and deadlines.

Required

Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Experience in digital asset creation and an understanding of how to optimize designs for various platforms.
Knowledge of brand consistency and the ability to create content that aligns with brand messaging.
Excellent analytical skills for measuring design performance and making data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred

Experience in e-commerce or DTC industries.
Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
Basic knowledge of analytics tools for measuring graphic performance and audience engagement.
