Responsibilities

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce website.

Work with web developers and designers to ensure the site is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize digital marketing campaigns/landing pages.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.

Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance and provide insights to senior management.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

5+ years of experience in progressive B2C digital commerce or ecommerce roles including manager.

Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Proficiency is required using the Salesforce Commerce platform, WordPress, and Google Analytics.

Highly analytical and data-driven leader.

Ability to drive cross-functional change with internal and external stakeholders.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Strong presentation skills.

Ability to successfully establish priorities and manage time efficiently while working under pressure and dealing with ambiguity.
