Responsibilities

Manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues or concerns.

Lead sprint planning and management activities, including capacity assessment, resource assignment, ticket refining, execution, and removal of blockers.

Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Monday for task tracking and resource allocation.

Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project kickoff, and progress, address challenges, and refine project strategies.

Conduct risk analysis to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet required standards.

Monitor project health and performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and account managers.

Facilitate effective communication between clients and development teams to minimize misunderstandings and ensure alignment.

Collaborate with account management teams to understand project scope, objectives, goals, and deliverables.

Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
