Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle (i.e., from lead generation to closing) for ShipAccel prospects/ clients, with a focus on generating new business within the mid-market eCommerce space (companies with $30-350M of annual revenue)
Use a customer-focused, consultative sales approach to educate prospective clients on which of our products or services will best fit their needs
Conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships across a wide array of prospects and clients
Work with our Inside Sales Representatives to prospect and generate leads to build a strong pipeline of future clients
Become an industry expert in eCommerce for global and domestic logistics, as well as a product expert that can identify and resolve inefficiencies and pain points in client workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our software products and identify new opportunities for company growth based on client feedback
Think critically about sales data to recommend new and scalable strategies
Build relationships with decision makers at all levels across a diverse set of industries
Record all activities in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management and perform various administrative duties as needed
Conduct face-to-face meetings virtually or in person when available/ required
Complete other duties as assigned

Required

3+ years in B2B sales
Strong understanding and prior experience with shipping logistics, e-commerce, and/or B2B SaaS products
Successfully closed business over the phone or in virtual meetings
A clear track-record of closing new business and exceeding sales quotas
Comfort with ambiguity, agility in your ways of working, and a willingness to adapt based on new information
A love to win, build high-performing teams and operate with intensity and integrity
Used consultative selling techniques to identify client needs and promote services
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to travel for Client meetings
