Responsibilities
Deliver the value of eCornell courses as a Course Facilitator with applied experience in the associated fields.
Collaborate with Cornell University faculty and instructional design teams to enhance the learning experience for students.
Develop the product mindset needed for bringing viable products to market through the Product Management program.
Guide product managers in understanding the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
Define problems, map customer journeys, create user personas, and make product roadmapping decisions.
Measure progress, present learnings to stakeholders, and ensure successful product launches.

Required
Applied experience in the associated fields
Expertise in product management
Ability to deliver high-production value courses
Understanding of product roadmapping decisions and prototyping
Experience in partnering with designers to create prototypes
Skills in measuring progress against objectives and presenting learnings to stakeholders
Experience in building and launching products into production
