Responsibilities
Manage our weekly business reviews and quarterly planning processes
Work with teams to turn high-level strategies into concrete action plans
Track progress against key initiatives and help remove roadblocks
Develop and maintain our key performance dashboards
Partner with Finance and Analytics teams to measure business impact
Provide regular updates on progress and flag issues early
Ensure smooth collaboration between Revenue and Ecosystem teams
Coordinate with Product and Engineering on strategic initiatives
Keep communication channels open and information flowing between departments
Establish clear processes for tracking and reporting on initiatives
Identify and implement ways to improve team efficiency
Prepare materials for executive meetings and board updates

Required
Experience running strategic operations at fast-growing technology companies
Track record of successfully managing complex projects across multiple teams
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
Clear communication style and ability to work well with different departments
Preferred
Experience in tech companies preferred
Cloud computing experience a plus
