Responsibilities
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Tableau to present findings clearly.

Implement VBA scripts to automate repetitive tasks and enhance reporting capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide business analysis that aligns with strategic goals.
Leverage Python for advanced data manipulation and analysis tasks.
Monitor linked data sources to ensure accuracy and relevance of information presented.
Participate in Agile project management practices, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required
Bachelor's
CMS processes in a Medicare: 5 years
EDI Analyst: 5 years
Managed Care environment managing claims or encounters: 5 years
Claims Encounter strategy: 5 years
SQL: 1 year
SSIS Package: 1 year
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python is essential for effective data analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Preferred
Experience with VBA for process automation is a plus
Familiarity with Agile methodologies enhances collaboration within teams
