Responsibilities
Manages and creates guidelines, instructions, materials documenting best practices.
May research, gather and submit data for internal or external use.
Creates and maintains documentation for operational procedures.
May assist with user acceptance testing.
Coordinates and facilitates meetings for execution phase.
Creates standard operating procedures.
Represents the department in various meetings.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required
3 years’ relevant experience
Associate degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
