Responsibilities

Work with others to support the following phases of eDiscovery process: identification, preservation, collection, data processing, and limited internal document review
Assist in re-engineering eDiscovery workflows and processes to improve efficiency and uphold accuracy
Recommend and update documentation, training materials, and SOPs, with approval from Toyota Legal One
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges and provide timely and accurate response to Toyota Legal One
Provide system analyst expertise and contribution to deliver technology projects in support of Toyota Legal One
Possess proven ability to learn new technology quickly and share knowledge with others

Required

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
2 or more years of hands-on technical work experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, and/or document review technologies
2 or more years of hands-on technical work experience in Microsoft O365, Google Workspace, and Slack eDiscovery
2 or more years of hands-on experience with EnCase, Cellebrite, Nuix, Magnet Forensics, ZL, Relativity, and other eDiscovery technology solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts, influence, and persuade the business, and make recommendations to management
Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and meet stringent deadlines
Experience working directly with a variety of technical and non-technical end users
Understanding of the ESI lifecycle and related industry standards

Preferred

Experience with PowerShell, Python, and other scripting languages
One or more certifications related to eDiscovery or digital forensics (e.g., EnCE, GCFE, GASF, CEDS, and others)
Automotive manufacturing/industry experience
Green Card, US Citizen
