Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end business intelligence solutions, enabling impactful decision-making across global programs.
Build and manage data pipelines using SQL, Python, and ETL tools to ensure the integrity and scalability of data workflows.
Perform data migrations and implement data quality controls, with a focus on tools such as Enablon, BigQuery, and Looker Studio.
Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations in Looker Studio, Tableau, and PLX to present actionable insights for stakeholders.
Conduct statistical analyses and model development for environmental and safety performance metrics, including PCA and linear regression-based forecasting.
Collaborate with program managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define KPIs, streamline reporting processes, and align on strategic goals.
Develop intelligence reports for operational, quarterly, and monthly business reviews, highlighting key insights and driving program improvements.
Design A/B testing frameworks to optimize user interfaces for safety and reporting platforms, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in data analytics, data science, or a related role.
Expertise in SQL, Python, and ETL pipeline development.
Proficiency in visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or PLX.
Experience with data quality management and migrations in tools like Enablon.
Strong statistical analysis skills, including PCA, regression analysis, and A/B testing methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data insights to senior leadership.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a focus on delivering user-friendly, actionable insights.
Preferred
Familiarity with sustainability or EHS-related data analysis is a plus.
Knowledge of BigQuery and Google Developer Tools (Critique, Cider, Piper).
Experience designing dashboards for sustainability metrics, carbon footprint tracking, or operational safety.
