Responsibilities

Work on an agile team to develop test requirements and execute hardware verification test plans with traceability to product requirements, including board level functional testing, EMC/EMI, Safety Agencies (UL, ATEX, IECEX), Functional Safety (IEC 61508), and Environmental
Perform programming, analysis, and troubleshooting of electronic hardware prototype
Contribute to associated product design documentation and test reports
Take ownership of assignments by understanding expected output, requesting help as needed, and helping teammates as needed
Build relationships with technical leads and peers to grow your knowledge of the product development lifecycle

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering at an accredited college or university
Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening

Preferred

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
Experience using design capture tools, able to read & understand schematics, and have basic knowledge of circuit theory and operation, including microprocessors, digital logic devices, analog and/or DC-power conversion, programmable devices (CPLDs, FPGAs)
Hands-on experience with hardware test equipment, including debuggers, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers
Experience developing and/or using programs (assembly, C/C++, Python, ladder) for product initialization, debug, or test
Experience working as part of a team using Agile/Scrum methodologies in a Scaled Agile Framework
Knowledge of industrial control systems, programmable logic controllers
Experience performing product certification testing, such as testing to meet CE and IEC 61010
