Responsibilities

Manage submittals, budgets, change orders, RFI’s, schedules, and other aspects required for successful projects.

Maintain complete knowledge of the status of all assigned projects.

Execute organization's programs, policies, standards, and procedures consistently.

Manage all financial aspects of projects and work orders.

Set clear goals and expectations for service techs.

Coordinate scheduling of service techs and communicate work locations and job expectations daily.

Order materials and supplies as needed.

Negotiate and resolve customer concerns.

Estimate change orders when necessary.

Manage all job closeout procedures.

Conduct post-project reviews for future improvement areas.

Develop and maintain a network of professional relationships within the industry.

Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.

Identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations.

Communicate progress and information effectively.

Determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities.

Adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.
