Responsibilities
Estimate/design and manage electrical projects ranging from $10,000 to $1 million
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Identify clients' electrical needs and develop/design NEC compliant solutions
Ensure open and effective communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, engineers, etc
Perform accurate and timely estimates using Accubid software
Present scope & pricing in concise, detailed proposals
Develop, submit, and gain AHJ approval of drawings, load calculations, etc when required
Negotiate with clients and suppliers when necessary
Oversee and manage all facets of projects including schedules, budgets, subcontractors, etc
Ensure overall success and profitability of projects
Ensure all work is completed according to Prism safety and quality standards
Perform all job facets with the highest standard of ethics
Be highly organized and detailed in all areas of responsibility
Have strong multitasking skills
Have extensive knowledge of NEC and local AHJ requirements
