Responsibilities
Receive training on Epic RTE system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior analysts.
Assist in system configurations and implementation of enhancements for RTE workflows and processes.
Participate in issue resolution by identifying and addressing system problems and inefficiencies.
Learn to support end-users with system-related inquiries and issues, escalating as needed.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical and IT teams, to support the implementation and optimization of Epic RTE.
Participate in troubleshooting efforts, offering solutions or escalating issues to senior analysts as necessary.
Contribute to data mapping and integration tasks to ensure seamless interaction with other Epic modules and external systems.
Participate in Epic certification training programs to develop proficiency in the Epic RTE system and other related Epic applications.
Engage in ongoing learning to stay current with system updates and new releases.
Work under the mentorship of senior analysts to enhance technical and system knowledge.
Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including system configuration notes, process documentation, and user guides.
Support the development of training materials and assist in the delivery of end-user training to ensure effective system utilization.
Document common issues, solutions, and user feedback to help improve system functionality and user experience.
Learn and apply RTE best practices to optimize workflows and processes.
Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements based on analysis and feedback.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to RTE workflows and integration points with other Epic systems.

Required
Recent college graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or a related field.
Strong technical foundation with coursework or experience in systems analysis, programming, interfacing, or IT support.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in team environments and with stakeholders.
Interest in pursuing Epic certification and a career in healthcare technology.
Preferred
Experience with healthcare IT systems, particularly Epic, is a plus.
Experience or familiarity with interfacing tools and integration processes.
Understanding of Rules Engine (RTE) and basic knowledge of revenue cycle management concepts.
Prior internship or project experience in IT or healthcare-related fields.
