Required

Minimum of 8+ years of experience executing email and direct response campaigns, with strong understanding of email communication strategies -- both written and visual standards, deliverability, and segmentation practices.

Experience in agency or internal client-service role strongly preferred.

Comfortable with basic project management needed to execute on sophisticated, multi-channel campaigns.

Demonstrates ability to work with urgency and manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

Adherence to deadlines is critical.

Strong analytical skills, including experience deriving insights and recommendations from data and reports.

Experience with reporting and analytical platforms such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics is a requirement.

Ability to build strong working relationships with major internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrates diplomacy in interactions with others.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and create strategic plans while also executing flawlessly and with superior attention to detail.
