Responsibilities

Campaign Development: Shape and execute email marketing campaigns to support specific business goals, including customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Segmentation and Targeting: Manage and support customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, targeted messages across diverse customer segments..

Email Design: Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing, engaging, and on-brand email templates.

A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, CTAs, design, and content for performance improvement.

Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

Deliverability Reputation: Monitor, strategize and resolve any deliverability challenges across multiple IP and sending domains.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other functions to ensure email efforts align with broader marketing initiatives and cross-collaborative work is prioritized and executed.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar role.

Proven experience with email marketing platforms (SFMC, InboxMonster, Movable Ink)

Strong understanding of email best practices, A/B testing, segmentation, and deliverability.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.

Preferred

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
