Responsibilities

Execute email marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Pardot, Salesforce, Emma and TargetX

Create and update email templates using HTML/CSS

Track and report on email and digital marketing metrics, e.g. open rates, CTRs, domain spam rates

Set up and maintain automated email workflows and nurture campaigns

Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports

Maintain accurate segmentation and contact lists

Support the communications audit and student journey mapping process

Help implement brand standards across email communications

Assist with special marketing initiatives, including corporate partnership communications and promotional campaigns

Maintain marketing automation platforms and documentation, e.g. optimizing the opt-out process

Assist key stakeholders with technical setup and promotion of online webinars and virtual events, creating and managing email communications for event promotion and registration
