Responsibilities
Execute email, SMS and push campaigns from conceptualization through analysis. This includes building campaigns, managing production calendar, creating templates, managing sends, and reporting on results.
Implement and optimize lifecycle trigger automations and ad-hoc promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with Sr. Retention Marketing Manager, copywriters, and designers to develop compelling content that aligns with Humann's branding and campaign objectives.
Maintain and monitor email and SMS reporting documents and report out weekly on performance
Conduct A/B testing to refine email strategy and improve engagement metrics.
Analyze campaign performance and generate regular reports to track effectiveness and ROI.
Identify and resolve issues related to email delivery and campaign performance.
Troubleshoot technical issues within the email tech stack, including problems with marketing automation software and integration issues.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure the email marketing tools and systems are functioning optimally.
Work with our eCom and Ops teams to create new landing pages and promotional codes
QA email/SMS links, landing pages, and promotional codes

Required
Minimum of 2-3 years in an email/SMS executional role, with a focus on DTC Ecommerce/Subscription.
Proven experience in CRM system management and project leadership within a retention context.
Experience with the Klaviyo platform highly preferred, and ability to work independently and utilize the tool to its full potential. This includes a deep understanding of Klaviyo’s features, capabilities, and best practices to effectively manage and optimize Email & SMS marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, coordinating with cross-functional partners to execute projects in CRM channels.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Self-starter with the capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
