Responsibilities
Create and implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote new products or services.
Plan and execute email campaigns from start to finish, including content creation, design, segmentation, and scheduling.
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Manage our email subscriber lists, ensuring data hygiene, segmentation, and compliance with relevant regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
Set up and maintain automated email workflows, including welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, and re-engagement campaigns.
Conduct A/B tests on email elements such as subject lines, CTAs, and send times to continuously improve campaign performance.

Required
At least 2-3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing setting.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Klaviyo, as well as a strong understanding of email best practices.
Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize email campaign performance.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging email content.
