Responsibilities
Work collaboratively to plan and create email content, using HTML, liquid markup, and querying.
Coordinate email schedules and ensure optimal timing based on data.
Present edited copy and draft designs to clients, adjusting emails based on analytics and user feedback.
Create and administer campaigns for testing subject lines, formats, and messages.
Assist in creating/revising email drip campaigns to support recruitment efforts.

Required
2 to 4 years of email marketing and email operations experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field.
Excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to interact effectively with staff, faculty, vendors, and students.
Familiarity with project management systems and data integration.
Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships internally and externally.
Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency.
Flexible to quickly shift with the needs of the team and clients.
Must have strong analytical ability.
Demonstrates initiative; ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple concurrent and time-sensitive requests.
Ability to prioritize key tasks when confronted with limited time and/or resources.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS coding for email.
Experience using Slate and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create and send emails.
Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate constructively with others to solve problems and share knowledge.
Ability to write precise, well-organized emails, letters and proposals using appropriate vocabulary and grammar.
Ability to plan, organize and schedule work in an efficient, productive manner and also anticipate contingencies.
Knowledge of Associated Press style.
