Responsibilities

Develop and implement email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including copywriting, coordinating production with the design team, segmenting audiences, and scheduling sends.

Create and manage SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring messages are compliant with regulations and optimized for engagement.

Demonstrate strong storytelling skills to craft compelling and engaging email content.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute automated workflows.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Conduct A/B testing on email and SMS campaigns to identify best practices and optimize content.

Collect and utilize zero-party data to personalize email and SMS communications, improving customer experience and engagement.

Manage email and SMS subscriber lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.

Coordinate with internal teams to complete operational tasks that support campaign success.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay current with best practices and innovative strategies.

Required

2 years + of experience in email marketing, with a strong understanding of SMS marketing.

Proficiency in Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.

Familiarity with SMS marketing tools and platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.

Knowledge of email and SMS marketing regulations and best practices.

Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.

Preferred

Experience in the health and wellness industry preferred

Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing preferred

Knowledge of privacy regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM preferred
