Responsibilities

Prepare accurate rosters for storm crews and send to customers; make revisions as needed
Prepare and send Preliminary Notice to Proceeds (PTNPs), Notice to Proceeds (NTPs)
Calculate and track Trade Ally Travel Data based on the data received from the Trade Ally rosters, Emergency Response team and Google Maps.
Create group text threads for the Emergency Response team
Launch and maintain organized lists using Trello for every storm response
Respond quickly to changes in operational needs
Maintain proprietary database and make continuous updates
Coordinate hotel and rental car accommodations for storm crews, as needed.
Deliver continuous support by monitoring ongoing storm developments; Stay up to date with storm threads and communications
Launch Safety Orientation from internal platform to all storm crews
Continuous communication with the Emergency Response team
Send welcome packets to Trade Allies for onboarding as requested by the Emergency Response Team
Coordinate Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and assist with Emergency Response training for our Trade Allies
Accurate and detailed data entry

Microsoft Excel

Required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Adaptability to respond to a storm call at any time; be prepared to work outside of regular office hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, depending on storm activity.
Ability to work under pressure and very quickly to meet short deadlines.
Proactive and competent at problem solving.
