Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with employer clients and benefits administrators.
Collaborate with employers to customize employee wellness programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Oversee onboarding processes for employer groups, ensuring seamless integration of MD Exam’s services into their benefits packages.
Monitor program metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to support employer initiatives.
Coordinate with the sales team to identify new growth opportunities.
Develop strategies to increase employee participation in wellness programs.
Create and deliver materials (presentations, brochures, FAQs) to educate employees about available benefits.
Ensure compliance with relevant health and employment laws.
Generate detailed reports for employers on program performance and ROI.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, healthcare management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in employee benefits, human resources, or wellness program administration.
Proven success in managing employer partnerships and large-scale program implementations.
Strong understanding of health and wellness benefits, particularly in weight loss or chronic disease management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and craft actionable strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred
Master’s degree in business administration, human resources, healthcare management, or a related field.
